Happy 2019!

Happy new year to you all! I hope this year brings you good health, love, happiness and everything you wish for. If you’re reading this, you’ve found my blog and that’s brilliant. Welcome. I was hoping to have been posting a bit more regularly by now, since it’s been 3 months since my blog went live, but it’s been a busy 3 months in which I’ve found myself with very little free time (but all for good reasons so that’s ok!). My new year’s resolution is to really get cracking on this blog and post weekly recipes and helpful tips to you all. I apologise that I didn’t start on the 1st January to help those are taking part in “Veganuary” but after my busy 3 months of being in “The Worst Witch” in Northampton, I needed some time to rest and recuperate!

It’s amazing how many more people I know, some unexpectedly, who have told me they want to go vegan this year! This makes me so happy. I think we are going to see a massive increase this year in vegan foods available in the supermarket, more and more options in restaurants and maybe even a shift in attitude towards veganism from the general public (well we can hope for these things anyway!). For the rest of this week I am going to post some helpful tips on casually turning vegan, with some nutritional info you will hopefully find useful.
