Due to a slight soy allergy I tend to avoid tofu and soy options but that really doesn’t hold me back much at all. There will be the occasional bit of “Vegan junk food” thrown in I’m sure, because we all deserve to treat ourselves to a bit of naughtiness every now and then. I’m no trained chef, I’ve just always been really passionate about food and cooking. The kitchen is my happy place.
