Here is a super simple chocolate chip cookie recipe. A vegan version of the classic, but there is absolutely no compromise I promise and no one is any the wiser that these cookies are plant-based! Enjoy!

Due to a slight soy allergy I tend to avoid tofu and soy options but that really doesn’t hold me back much at all. There will be the occasional bit of “Vegan junk food” thrown in I’m sure, because we all deserve to treat ourselves to a bit of naughtiness every now and then. I’m no trained chef, I’ve just always been really passionate about food and cooking. The kitchen is my happy place. I want this sight to help people choose healthier options, embrace plant based meals and to get creative in their kitchen. Feed your soul!
