Often we make a mushroom wellington or a nut roast, then one day we decided to try something a bit different, so we merged the ideas and the nut roast wellington was born!

Whatever your dietary requirement I’m sure you will find something here you like. I will share with you delicious Vegan recipes, travel blogs about places to eat around the world and tips on casually turning Vegan. My recipes are generally easy to make, healthy, cheap and most importantly delicious! Due to a slight soy allergy I tend to avoid tofu and soy options but that really doesn’t hold me back much at all. There will be the occasional bit of “Vegan junk food” thrown in I’m sure, because we all deserve to treat ourselves to a bit of naughtiness every now and then. I’m no trained chef, I’ve just always been really passionate about food and cooking. The kitchen is my happy place. I want this sight to help people choose healthier options, embrace plant based meals and to get creative in their kitchen. Feed your soul!
